The “Newman Doctrine”

Wait until you hear my idea!
I named it after my namesake. Why not? The name “Monroe Doctrine” was already taken plus I’m taking full credit for this one. FULL CREDIT! No one else has come up with the greatest and final solution to rid our world of irresponsible governing. Here I will brief you on the problem, the cause of the problem and the final solution all rolled into one so I hope President Trump is listening? What does “irresponsibility in government” mean? Here are a few examples – you have a once peaceful society and suddenly Socialist and/or Communist leaders are allowed [ticketed] to take over either by winning elections or the public simply falling asleep at the wheel, [in a drunken stupor]. There are several instances of this happening in different parts of the world and not so long ago. Once the public either buys in to lies [or eventually gets shamed into changing for the worse] we have countries taken completely over by terrorists and/or extremists. One great example is the Nazi movement of the late 1930’s, [Nazi translates to “Socialists” in German] who took control of Germany, Italy, and France. Today we have other examples as well such as England being brought down by Hinduism and Islam. Plus we have a very dangerous movement known as “woke-ism” that has swept across the planet aimed at taking out [mostly] prosperous countries, shaming them into submission with false rhetoric like “climate change” and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, (DEI). These radical movements, which are responsible for opening prisons and the borders of countries to criminals and imbeciles that can take over governing bodies and bring down once thriving countries.

Problems Always Lead to Ultimate Solutions
Looking back in history and I am not exaggerating when I say this, we have saved the countries of Western Europe at least twice. 250,000 Americans were killed fighting to protect Western Europe during World War II, and the number explodes to 750,000 when you include both injuries and deaths. That’s a lot of people we have sacrificed all because of “irresponsible governing”. That’s basically what this amounts to, a bunch of pricks with their head up their asses allowed their countries over there to be invaded and they had to have America come in and save them [every time]. See where I’m going with this one now? How many times are we going to have to save these dumbasses from themselves? The French, the Italians, the English, and add Sweden in there as well. Looks like they’re setting up for another invasion from within to me, how about you? Can you fathom what they’ve done to themselves [once again] over there? Guess who’s going to have to save them once they are close to losing their countries again? The United States right, who else? That’s the problem, history tends to repeat itself, especially for those who continue to ignore the past.

I do not have all the information, no one can assess the exact dollar cost born by America for liberating these Western European countries from Nazis and Communists, and god knows what. They’re like little children that have to be periodically corralled into behaving. These are adults we presume and they get themselves and their countries into trouble quite regularly it seems, and I believe they’re back in trouble again. Well most of them, not all of them. We’ve got issues of our own here in the U.S. with communists and socialists being elected to run cities and states. Most of these fucks are brainless they just want something for nothing and employing socialist/communist views is one way to achieve that, for a short time anyway until the entire thing comes crashing down.

Looking Into the Costs of War
If you research what we spent on defending idiot countries and their idiot citizens from themselves the costs to the American taxpayer would easily be in the $trillions of dollars. War ain’t cheap and liberating countries from hostile takeovers ain’t cheap either. I mean there’s a real cost to rescuing dumbasses from themselves across the globe. Here’s the kicker, how many of these countries have ever paid us back? [Disregard if you will the American lives lost, in which no dollar amount can suffice.] Lets look at the dollar costs we had to bear and see if we were ever paid back [or received reparations] once World War II was over, specifically in the cases of Italy, France, and Germany?
Italy – [quoted via search engine]
No, Italy did not pay the United States for liberating them. In fact, after Mussolini was overthrown in 1943, Italy switched sides and fought as an Allied “co-belligerent” against Nazi Germany.”

France – [quoted via search engine]
France did not directly pay for the military equipment it received during World War II, as much of this assistance was provided through the U.S. Lend-Lease program. Rather than requiring full financial repayment, the U.S. and France settled these obligations shortly after the war by officially canceling the wartime advances and signing the Blum-Byrnes agreement in 1946, which restructured remaining debt and cleared the slate for postwar economic recovery. The financial details and historical context include the following:
Reverse Lend-Lease: Throughout the conflict, Allied nations also provided goods and services back to the U.S.. Known as “Reverse Lend-Lease,” France provided the American military with localized support, facilities, and provisions while the U.S. forces operated in Europe.
The Lend-Lease Act: Under the Lend-Lease program, the U.S. supplied massive amounts of food, oil, and military equipment (including tanks, planes, and ships) to the Allies. The U.S. stipulated that any equipment destroyed in battle or consumed during the war did not have to be paid back.
The Blum-Byrnes Agreement (1946): Following the end of the war, France and the U.S. negotiated a comprehensive accord. In exchange for wiping out billions of dollars of wartime Lend-Lease debt, France received significant financial loans and agreed to open its domestic movie market to more American films.”
In the case of us liberating France it appears some arrangements were made but they were “fluffy” at best in my opinion.

Germany – [quoted via search engine]
No, Germany never paid the United States back for liberating them. In fact, the United States did the opposite. Through the Marshall Plan America poured billions of dollars into rebuilding West Germany’s economy to prevent it from collapsing and to block Soviet expansion.”
Sounding familiar yet? Of course in the case of Germany we had some ulterior motives and went forward with that but surely could have asked for other arrangements.

The Optimal Solution is Rather Simple, not Complicated
My very own “Newman Doctrine” makes the solution come together quite quickly, nicely wrapped up inside a simple philosophy that must be implemented, built into international law, and voted in by the U.S. Congress. Once that is complete then we broadcast the Newman Doctrine across the globe with expedience!

The “Newman Doctrine” disclosed –
IF YOU WANT OR REQUIRE THE UNITED STATES MILITARY TO SAVE YOUR COUNTRY FROM YOURSELVES YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT WE NO LONGER WORK FOR FREE. IN THE CASE WHERE A COUNTRY WHO HAS EMPLOYED THE U.S. MILITARY IS UNABLE TO PAY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT BACK IN FULL IMMEDIATELY, [DUE TO LOCAL CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS, COLLAPSE, OR OTHER EXTENDUATING CIRCUMSTANCES] WE WILL CONFISCATE PART OR ALL OF YOUR LAND AS WE SEE FIT AS COLLATERAL UNTIL SUCH A TIME AS THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, [and only the U.S. government], DETERMINES PAYMENT HAS BEEN SATISFACTORILY RECEIVED.
CONFISCATED LAND WILL BECOME AN EXTENSION OF THE UNITED STATES, [effectively annexed] WITH ALL THE SAME SOVEREIGNTY AFFORDED TO ANY OTHER LAND OWNED BY OUR U.S. GOVERNMENT. USERS OF THAT LAND, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BUSINESS, AS WELL AS CITIZENS OCCUPYING THAT PROPERTY WILL BE ASSESSED TAXES UNDER UNITED STATES TAX LAW FOR AS LONG AS WE OWN IT. THERE WILL BE NO TIME LIMIT FOR OUR EXIT FROM THE CONFISCATED PROPERTY. ONCE ALL DEBTS [INCLUDING INTEREST] ARE SATISFIED THE UNITED STATES WILL THEN TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY BACK TO THE ORIGINATING SOVEREIGN COUNTRY AND ONLY THEN WILL WE COMPLETELY EXIT. HOWEVER, IN THE CASE WHERE REPARATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN SATISIFED OVER TIME THE UNITED STATES HOLDS THE RIGHT TO SELL THOSE CONFISCATED LANDS BACK AT A PRICE ONLY WE DETERMINE TO BE THE FAIREST ESTIMATE OF SATISFYING THE U.S. DEBT OBLIGATIONS.

Conclusion
It is my wish that all you dumbasses that allowed Cartels and Socialist/Communists and Woke Jackasses to take over your country, you have now been put on notice. Many countries around this globe have attempted to abandon capitalism for some fucked up esoteric B.S. spouted by, usually unknown, newcomers to public office that haven’t a frigging clue about how commerce works alongside the rule of law to keep the masses fed, safe, happy, and able to reach their full potential in this life.

I want the see the “Newman Doctrine” passed by Congress and written into U.S. law. Not only will it help the United States as a country to safely prosper in the decades ahead it will serve as the greatest deterrent ever to those countries that have ignored the needs of their own people, including an education on the evils of Islam, Hinduism, Socialism and Communism.
