So as long as you’re also my “Inclusion Officer” then I’m all set right? NOT! We’re all set for self-destruction I’d say. I’m going to be the first to write here about the “pussification” (movement going on) across American businesses. This “woke” Leftist movement is usually masked so you’ll hear it referred to as a “diversity and inclusion” program. This movement has been around but has received much more traction in the past four or five years, and is altogether having a serious impact on many an American business. I’m seeing this play out, as we continue to lose our edge in competitiveness across the world because boardrooms of our mega-multinational organizations are now filled with “woke” liberals. These total idiots are more interested in pushing their corporation(s) toward environmental and social governance (diversity and inclusion), than having the right people in the right places which would otherwise drive innovation and profits.
What can we as investors do? (Get the Hell out of Dodge!) Well, I can only tell you what logic I’m employing for myself. The fact is that this move toward Socialism has created a void, a pure lack of intelligence all the way from a lack of real leadership in Washington, to corporate boardrooms, to even Democrats/Woke Liberals running our major cities. When Donald Trump was President he surrounded himself with very capable people, all were experts in their fields of choice which gave me full confidence for making my necessary investment decisions. Logic is no longer in place, no longer available. Back when Trump was in office I was allocated as much as 85% toward U.S. stocks. Since this jackass and his woke Liberals have taken over I find myself continually reducing exposure to U.S. stocks as my confidence in American Business leadership has plummeted. And with that my portfolio weighting in said stocks has been reduced by at least 30%. I have zero confidence in American Socialism, or its Socialists. They are morphing America into nothing but a losing bet from one where wins were frequent. Good luck you guys as this economy will surely falter now… but don’t forget about your company’s “diversity and inclusion” program – LMAO!
As your Chief Diversity Officer, I have fired 20% of the workforce, the productive portion. You couldn’t possibly have a happy workforce with so few doing so much. Can you imagine so few making so many unhappy. Feelings are everything and feeling “less than” ends now. All that 20% did was waste energy, I mean, who really needs to be at work before the sun comes up or after the sun goes down. You just leaving the lights on too long.
Hahahahahahhee! Of Course we wouldn’t want people to make sacrifices for our company, heck no! I want to make certain also as Diversity Chief that you have installed timeouts for drug use on office time as well as for every 100 employees we need to make sure going forward that there are an even number of people who are red, green, blue, yellow, chartreuse, lavender, and black. You can skimp on white people as long as you include every one of the 52 identified genders of this new “woke” generation. There now, what a company this is going to be!
As a final note, what can be done about showing a profit at the end of each quarter? We really need to show as many losses as profits, we wouldn’t want to make any other organizations feel bad about us getting ahead in life when they’re still “woke” and swimming against the current, stuck behind… so let’s work on drowning in debt going forward, and I want to personally thank you all for being part of “The Team”! 🙂
