You have landed where emphasis is placed on a variety of controversial topics ranging from geo-politics to economics, even science – from biblical references to the creative arts, my aim is to leave little behind which holds the power to better understand that place we all call home – Planet Earth. With you along, we shall seek the truth together, in all matters. There will be no “watering down” in order to appease biases or censorship. And along the way humor should be anticipated, as I have come to believe it’s really essential to this life, so I will be including humor whenever it shall find me.

I’ve always been a strong advocate of the precept that “knowledge is power”. I have said many times that Americans have only one thing to fear in this life, and that one thing is ignorance. Unfortunately, as I stay abreast of proposed changes to public policy, economics, and even our legal systems, often times, once again we discover ignorance on full display.
In America today we seem to have an over abundance of that which is known as “rocket science”, along with an over appreciation for that which is completely void of all logic. This begs the question, should special interest groups be running our country? Why do we only wake up when we realize that the tail is (once again) wagging the dog?
We can point to many events but the recent mass movement to erase U.S. History certainly stood out for me as one of these “ignorance on full display” measures… ignorance that I fear will one day have grave consequences.

I believe that exercising the freedom to express ones self is a gift and I intend to use this gift to the full extent of the law. The Freedom of Speech that we have in this country, this once majority-ruled Republic, remains one of our most important fundamental rights. We must covet the idea, which is the main reason I founded my new blog. Writing is just one of the many ways we Americans are allowed the freedom to express ourselves and I’m proud to have you along on my new journey.
