Maybe we should have listened [to the advice] of that Jewish mother? In one of the classic lines from the movie, “Goodfellas”, actress Suzanne Shepherd asks her daughter, Karen (played by Lorraine Bracco) who married mobster Henry (Ray Liotta), “WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE THESE?!” Well, the answer is “not the kind of people you’ll want to live around or with”, that’s for certain. Turns out that many like-minded people are finding an exit out of these Democrat-run shitholes, as we shall see below.

The populations of high-tax, high-crime, poorly run Democrat states still have plenty of Republican voters among their populace, but for how much longer? How long will conservatives find domicile in states like Illinois, California, Washington state, Oregon, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York? This story is getting more and more interesting by the day, there are implications for these losing states that no one is really talking about [not yet]. But I will here, right now. There’s been a mass exodus to states like Florida and Texas and even a few others such as Arizona. Nevada, another state without a state income tax has had a fair share of Californians relocate there over the past several years. Unfortunately, the exodus’ of these Leftist Socialist idiots to Nevada and Arizona seems to be influencing the local politics in these states, I fear both of these states are now purple, and moving toward blue. Sad news.

I do not have exact figures but the mass exodus to Florida and Texas, [two states with no state income tax for residents], has definitely climbed into the millions for those moving out of a list of Socialist run and Woke states. There is no reason – no reason whatsoever, to believe that this trend will not continue unabated. If you look into figures for how many registered Republican voters there are in states like California and New York you’ll find that the figures are as low as 25%. This makes up the most likely pool of people to leave these states. So let’s take a look at the total populations of states like California and New York, two of the most populated states in the union – 57 million people call these two states home. Let me ask you, if 25% of those populations relocated, or moved away, [14 million people], would that affect their state and municipal budgets? Even half of these households represents a mighty large tax revenue base for any Socialist Woke agenda.

I fail to see how these Democrat-run cities and states are going to meet their debt obligations going forward, especially now that the U.S. economy is on the wane. Debt obligations in the form of municipal bonds as well as state sponsored obligations. If you’re thinking that Washington D.C. is going to bail out these terrible examples of cities and states, think again. Our federal government is in debt at this writing to the tune of $31 trillion dollars! Never in the history of this country has America grown out of a debt level so large. To say the least surfacing after this debt load would be record-breaking! So federal relief is not coming to these Democrat-run states and municipalities. I’m not sure what these Wokes are smoking but it can’t happen, and won’t happen.

To re-cap this discussion, no way that all these Socialist-run, Democrat woke states are going to meet their future obligations. In other words, successfully paying interest on what they’ve already borrowed, plus paying back the principle on all those notes. Way too many forces working against the Wokes these days – at a time when economic activity is declining in the country, inflationary pressures will keep salaries for state and municipal workers edging even higher, plus inflation raises the cost to all borrowers of new money.

Bottom line: no way these Socialist-run Democrat states will escape defaulting on loans regardless of household loss numbers from their tax base, it will just add to the problem in my opinion. Thus, if you own bonds domiciled in any of these Democrat run shitholes please be cognizant of the inherent risk you are taking with your money… I wouldn’t want you to have to find out what Karen [from Goodfellas] found out – “WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THESE ARE!” 😉
